Citrix XenMobile delivers mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM) and enterprise-grade productivity apps in one comprehensive solution. XenMobile enhances the user experience on BYO or corporate devices without compromising security. By combining the power of RES ONE Identity Director with XenMobile, this allows for automatic device enrollment/retire and gives the users a self-service portal to help minimize service desk tickets and provide a better user experience. RES ONE Identity Director uses existing automation functionality in RES ONE Automation to make it possible for users to lock/unlock, retire, wipe and register devices. The key benefits of the Add-on are: - Allow automatic device enrollment when a new user joins and also automatically retire or wipe a device when the user leaves the organization. - Allow user self-service of common tasks like device lock, device unlock, device locate and device wipe. - Allow automatic apply/removal of device profiles based on organizational changes. Device profiles can also include application installation and removal.

Use Case 1: Enroll a new device in Citrix XenMobile
	This RES ONE Identity Director service enables a new device to be enrolled in Citrix XenMobile. This can either be user initiated or done automatically when a user qualifies for this service.
Use Case 2: Self-service of Citrix XenMobile actions
	This RES ONE Identity Director service allows a user to perform specific Citrix actions without Service Desk interaction. Examples of actions that do not require service desk interaction are lock and unlock a device (including resetting the PIN), locating a device or wiping a device.
Use Case 3: Retire a device in Citrix XenMobile
	This RES ONE Identity Director service will retire a device from management in Citrix XenMobile. This can either be a user initiated action or done automatically if the user no longer qualifies for enrollment in Citrix XenMobile (due to a position change or leaving the company).
	Use Case 4: Automatically install/remove mobile apps based on Organizational Context
	This RES ONE Identity Director service will automatically install or remove applications from Citrix XenMobile based on the organizational context of the user. RES ONE Identity Director expands on the ability of Citrix XenMobile to automatically install/remove applications based on the Organizational Context of the user.
